獲批准的專案可使用質押基礎設施，同時保有自身代幣經濟與治理的所有權。

申請將依據以下因素進行評估：

* 專案的正當性與安全性
* 代幣效用與經濟可持續性
* 社群參與度
* 長期生態系統契合度
* 智能合約與技術準備度

目標是建立一個多元的高品質生態系網絡，共享共同的質押基礎設施，同時保留每個參與專案的獨立性。
