Your UID is the unique identifier for your NOXCAT account. It is assigned when the account is created and cannot be changed.

<summary><strong>Where's the difference between creating and importing a wallet, and which should I choose?</strong></summary>

Creating a wallet generates a brand-new key set on your device. Importing a wallet restores an existing one from its seed phrase or private key. Choose "create" for a new wallet, or "import" to bring an existing wallet into the app.

<summary><strong>Do I need cryptocurrency to use NOXCAT Wallet?</strong></summary>

No, you do not need cryptocurrency to use NOXCAT wallet. You can accept signature requests from sites without any value in your account. Having cryptocurrencies in your NOXCAT wallet  will allow you to invest, trade, play games, own unique digital items and much more.

<summary><strong>How do I get funds (digital currency) into NOXCAT Wallet?</strong></summary>

Same as other wallets like MetaMask, Trust Wallet or TP Wallet, you can receive crypto from a friend by sending them a payment request, showing your QR code in person, or by sharing your public address.

<summary><strong>How do I transfer my existing ETH and tokens to NOXCAT Wallet? How do I send ETH and tokens?</strong></summary>

You can send ETH and tokens from another wallet to your NOXCAT Wallet. Just copy your new NOXCAT Wallet public address and go to your existing wallet, or exchange to send funds to your new wallet address.

You can find your NOXCAT Wallet address under account name. It starts with 0x and consists of 40 alphanumeric characters, for example: 0x12r45...6HJ9.

If you are transferring between friends, you could even transfer via UID, the same user experience as CEX or WeChat.

On NOXCAT Wallet, enter the asset page (a wallet icon at the bottom of the homepage screen), then tap Send.

You can find your  NOXCAT Wallet address under UID, in the format 0x12r45...6HJ9. Remember you could have multiple wallet address as  NOXCAT Wallet support users to have different sub-accounts under 1 single UID.

Yes! Use our Swaps feature or DApp integration (ex. Uniswap or Pancakeswap) to swap tokens inside NOXCAT Wallet.

An EVM address is a unique identifier that serves as a virtual location for your Ether and other tokens; think of it like your bank account number. It starts with 0x and consists of 40 alphanumeric characters, for example: 0x12r45...6HJ9.

We will support more networks in near future, which means you might have different wallet address in one single wallet (different chains might have different address structure).

On NOXCAT Wallet App, tap the Send button on the homepage, or tap Receive to show your QR code, copy your address, or request payment.

<summary><strong>Can my asset stay safe without a seed phrase?</strong></summary>

Yes. Your keys are protected by your device's secure exclave and a multi-factor recovery scheme, so your assets stay safe even without manuallyy backing up a seed phrase.

<summary><strong>If I lose my device, can I still recover my assets?</strong></summary>

Yes. Sign in again on a new device, complete identify verification and enter PIN code you set up to restore access to your wallet and assets.

<summary><strong>How do I keep my wallet safe?</strong></summary>

Backup your Secret Recovery Phrase or note down your PIN code.

NOXCAT Wallet requires that you store your Secret Recovery Phrase or PIN code in a safe place. It is the only way to recover your funds should your device crash or lost. We recommend you to write it down and store it safely in a place where only you have access.

Note: if you lose both, NOXCAT Wallet can’t help you recover your wallet. Never give you Secret Recovery Phrase, your private key(s) or PIN code to anyone or any site, unless you want them to have full control over your funds.
